I'm looking forward to following your new adventures and endeavors and watching you flourish. Changes are difficult and navigation can be both exciting and challenging--something my nurse life coach (YOU) gave me excellent tools to use during recent changes of my own. This next chapter is going to be interesting as we share it with family and friends in yet another stage in life. It's been quite the ride so far, and I can't wait to see what's coming.

Thank you so much. It was a pleasure being your coach, and I am excited to see what comes next for you.

Change doesn't frighten me, at least at this time of my life. In my younger days dealing with panic attacks out of the blue and with 5 children, I wanted thing to stay status quo. As my children grew up change was inevitable. A crazy move to Texas started it all, but I didn't feel fear, at least it didn't feel like fear(I think of panic attacks, now that is real fear). Even though we decided to return to NY state with little to no money I knew somehow we would come back to normalcy and we did. From that point on I was not afraid or had any fear of change.

Today, at the age of 80 I welcome change. I met a man from YouTube and married him at the age of 75, that should strike fear in anyone at any age LOL But it didn't and here I am today living my best life and both husband and have God as our motivator and leader, we read His Word and listen to his guidance and He has directed our steps.

Thank you for your writings, they inspire me to look back and ponder over things in my life I probably wouldn't have normally.
